Fred Gutierrez

Fred Gutierrez has been with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation since 1990. He serves as a program officer for the Oconomowoc Area Foundation and has worked extensively with nonprofit groups throughout Waukesha County, where he lives with his family. Before joining the Foundation he was the executive director of La Casa de Esperanza (Waukesha). He graduated with a BA and MS from UW-Milwaukee and is a member of the Waukesha Rotary Club.

Karen Rogers

Karen joined the Greater Milwaukee Foundation in October 2002. Before joining the Foundation, Rogers acted as an executive consultant specializing in fund and business development for nonprofits as well as for-profit organizations. Prior to consulting, she was executive director for the Health Education Center of Wisconsin (now Children's Health Education Center). Rogers earned a masters degree in educational psychology from Marquette University, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) and holds the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
